"Tofu Sour Cream"


 

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. pkg. soft tofu, water packed
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 Tab. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt

Steps

  • Blend all ingredients until very smooth.

Keeps for about 2 weeks in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
