Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ¼ cup water
- 3 cups carob chips vegan, non-dairy
- 2 cups cashew pieces toast in oven first [opt]
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- ½ cup raisins
Steps
- Melt the first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan.
- Stir with a wire whip as the peanut butter starts to soften.
- Add the carob chips and keep stirring until they are melted with the peanut butter.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in the cashew pieces, chow mein noodles, and raisins.
- Place plastic wrap on a cookie sheet and drop the mixture by spoonfuls in desired shapes.
- Refrigerate until set up, about 20 minutes.
