Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup unbleached white flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
- Water as needed to get the dough medium soft.
Steps
- Divide into equal portions, making balls about 1 inch.
- Apply wheat flour to each ball and roll into thin diskettes about 5 inches round.
- Cook on griddle for ½ minute and flip over. If you have a gas stove, put on open flame and turn a couple of times until it puffs up.
- If you have an electric stove, keep rotis in your pan and press down on it with a crumpled up paper towel and it will puff up also.
- It is done at this point.
