Ingredients
- 6-8 cooked diced red potatoes
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups tofu mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Placed cooked, diced potatoes in a large bowl.
- Add the onions, celery, and mayonnaise to the potatoes and mix well.
- Fold the peas in last. It looks nice to keep them whole.
- Chill.
