"Pita Pocket Pizzas"


 

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Whole Wheat Pita Pockets
  • 1 recipe Cheese Sauce [in recipe section]
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • Or any veggie of your choice.

Steps

  • Lay the pita pockets flat side down on a cookie sheet.
  • Spread pizza sauce of your choice on top.
  • Sprinkle with all your favorite veggies and drizzle the cheese sauce over the top.
  • Bake in toaster oven or regular oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.
