Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup raw cashews
- 2 Tab. lemon juice
- 1 ¼ tsp. salt
- 3 Tab. nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 jar pimentos [1/2 cup]
- 1 Tab. sesame seeds, raw or 1 Tab. Tahini
Steps
- Blend all ingredients until very smooth.
- Can be used in many recipes calling for cheese.
