Ingredients
- 2 thick slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 banana, cut into thin strips
- Natural peanut butter, we prefer Teddies
Steps
- Spread the peanut butter on both pieces of bread
- Place the banana strips on top of the peanut butter
- Put slices together and place on a hot panini maker and cook until done.
Temperature may vary depending on the appliance.
- If you prefer, you can slightly coat the slices of bread with soy margarine before adding other ingredients and fry in a skillet until golden.
