"Grilled Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwich"


 

Ingredients

  • 2 thick slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1 banana, cut into thin strips
  •  Natural peanut butter, we prefer Teddies

Steps

  • Spread the peanut butter on both pieces of bread
  • Place the banana strips on top of the peanut butter
  • Put slices together and place on a hot panini maker and cook until done.
    Temperature may vary depending on the appliance.
  • If you prefer, you can slightly coat the slices of bread with soy margarine before adding other ingredients and fry in a skillet until golden.
