"Graham Cracker Crust "


 

Ingredients

  • 1 & 2/3 cups natural graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup softened soy margarine
  • ¼ cup natural sugar

Steps

  • In plastic bag, finely roll graham crackers. Combine crumbs, the sugar and
    margarine blending well with fork or pastry blender.
  • Using the back of a large spoon, press crumb mixture inside a 9-inch pie plate, or a spring form pan to coat bottom and sides evenly.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes; set on wire rack to cool.
  • For Non-Bake Crust: Chill in refrigerator 30 minutes before using. Fill with your favorite chilled pie filling or freeze for a frozen type filling of your choice.
