Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate
- ½ cup frozen raspberry "passion" juice concentrate
[make sure to stir concentrates after thawing before measuring].
- ¼ cup honey
- 12 oz. fresh cranberries
- 1 tsp. orange peel-grated
Steps
- In a heavy sauce pan, bring first 3 ingredients to a boil, add the cranberries, then reduce the heat.
- Boil the mixture gently for 5 to 10 minutes, until the skins pop. Remove from heat when thick.
- Let cool slightly before adding the grated orange peel.
- Chill.
