Ingredients
- Type 1
2 parts ground coriander
1 part ground cardamom
- Type 2
3 parts ground coriander
2 parts ground anise seed
- Type 3
Equal parts coriander, fennel seed and anise seed
Ground together in a seed grinder or blender.
Store in a covered container.
