Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. Minute Tapioca®
- ¼ cup water
- ½ lb. firm tofu [water-packed]
- 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup washed, raw cashews
- 3 Tbs. pimientos
- 2 Tbs. nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp. dill weed
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. garlic salt
Steps
- Soak tapioca in water until soft.
- Blend tofu and lemon juice together.
- Add water if needed to blend mixture.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Cook until thickened thoroughly, about 30 minutes.
Pour into a mold of your choice or shape into a ball.
Serve with crackers.
