Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen mixed berries [or your choice berry]
- 1 - 16oz. can frozen apple juice concentrate
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup cornstarch dissolved in ½ cup water [set aside]
Steps
- Place frozen fruit, apple juice, and 2 cups water in a kettle.
- Place over high heat until just beginning to boil. Remove from heat.
- Be careful not to overcook, especially the blueberries.
- Slowly stir in the cornstarch until it thickens.
- Return to heat and stir until it just starts to boil.
- Remove from heat and serve hot or cold over waffles or French toast.
