Ingredients
- Assorted Olives
- Red, Yellow and Orange Peppers
- Crisp Asparagus
- Assortment of Vegan Deli Slices, we prefer Yves® or Cedar Lake®
- Any type of veggies you prefer.
Steps
- Start with a large platter and arrange your Deli Slices rolled up with
a fancy fringed toothpick.
- Lightly steam your asparagus. When cool, arrange on your platter.
- Cut your variety of peppers into strips and arrange on your platter.
- The key is to make it colorful and bountiful.
- If you prefer, you may place everything on a bed of Romaine or Red Bib Lettuce.
- We like to serve this with a cruet of “Delicious Dressing” on the side.
