We really don’t hear those words too often today with everything, “Super Sized.” The picture of the scales with healthy food in it is worth a thousand words. We will be much healthier if we would eat moderately of the good foods, and avoid all the bad ones. Some people say, “Moderation in ALL things.” However, I still would not like to take in a “LITTLE” poison, would you? We will be teaching you the foods that build a healthy body. Take a look at the word healthy and what do you see…Heal Thy. That’s how we begin, understanding what IS good for us. We are here for you all along that path!
