You have heard the expression, “You are what you eat!” This is true. We can only function on the fuel [food] that we put into our bodies. Good fuel-good results! You wouldn’t put sugared water into the gas tank of your car would you? Why? It isn’t what the manufacture designed the car to run on. We sometimes treat our cars better than we do our own bodies. So let’s think about the right nutrition for the most effective performance out of our bodies. We can’t trade this body in for a newer model, BUT, we can start taking better care of it with healthier food and following the rest of the 8 Laws of Health.
