8 Laws of Health / Air
Fresh air is getting harder and harder to find these days isn’t it? The best place to find it is in the country where there are plenty of trees and you can see the sky. When you breathe, try to take some deep breathes, this will help oxygenate the blood. What does this do for you? Red blood cells love oxygen and they rush their precious store of nutrients and oxygen to your body tissues to keep them healthy. Your brain loves fresh air as well. It consumes 20% of the body’s oxygen. It needs to since it has a very responsible position in our bodies taking care of all the nerve impulses. So if your thinking seems a little sluggish, take a deep breath of fresh air…!
